Appreciation in the fact I now have access to cook at a whim ... despite the collection one builds up over a lifetime of cooking has a lot missing to it now ...
I was able to calm my nerves last evening in making a pizza and half a dozen rock cakes ...
And seeing the aftermath of the branches shaken from the tree onto the ground from the storm of the wind and rain we had the night before that day ... out of the kitchen window ...
